PRIVACY NOTICE · 2026-10-15-v5
How your information is used.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the free matching form and the Next Chapter Brief interest registration on the Next Chapter website. Submitting is free, does not confirm a meeting time, and is not a subscription or payment.
Information and purpose
The form collects your name, service and course choices, city and time zone, your chosen contact method (email or Telegram username), goals and challenges, preferred start and optional availability, to understand your needs and arrange this conversation. Brief interest registration collects only a Telegram username, contact consent and an optional name, to contact you about the launch and subscription opening. Do not include a detailed address, identity documents, health information or other sensitive data. A unique ID, submission and consent times, privacy notice version, source page and product, follow-up status and internal notes are also recorded. To prevent abuse, the server keeps a daily-rotating, non-reversible digest of your network address; the raw IP is not stored.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the Next Chapter website's cloud database with access controls: visitors can submit but cannot read any enquiry, and only signed-in, authorised site administrators can view and follow up in the admin area. Form contents are not sent to analytics or advertising platforms.
Email notifications
After a successful submission, the system sends an enquiry notification to Next Chapter's internal inbox so we can follow up. If you choose email as your contact method, you receive a confirmation email. Emails are sent by the website's email service; the confirmation includes an unsubscribe link.
Consent and use
Contact permission applies to this enquiry. Optional service and event updates have separate consent, off by default. Declining marketing does not affect the free conversation and never adds you to a mailing list. Your name, experience, work and session content are not used in publicity without separate permission. Session confidentiality boundaries are explained before working together.
Access, correction, deletion and withdrawal
Email hello@nextchapterstudio.life or contact @nextchaptersystem on Telegram to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw contact or marketing permission. An administrator will verify the request and handle it; no unconfirmed response deadline is promised.
Third parties and future services
Telegram opens only when you choose its link; subsequent messages are handled under Telegram's rules. Google Fonts is used for page fonts and may receive ordinary network-request information; form contents are not sent with font requests. Full service scope, data handling, rescheduling, exit and refund terms are provided before payment.
